Peaceful, clean, good amenities, shame the restaurant wasn’t open. Otherwise I would recommend.

One of the best places i have stayed.

It nice to be able to stay in a place where you have vegetation and wildlife around and of course the direct beach access is amazing and we appreciated the efforts to manage waste. The bummer for us was that we chose the property because it had a restuarant, which wasn't operational when we were there and aircon, which also wasn't operational in our unit. I can understand why the restuarant wasn't open but we should have been advised of this prior to booking or in time to reconsider our options. We put 45 minutes of effort into trying to get the aircon problem solved at the time we discovered that, to absolutely no avail and decided to just spend the rest of the holiday without but I wouldn't go back for that reason probably, service seems a bit slack basically.

We loved this resort. I felt like we were on a tropical island holiday without the time/cost to get there. Gorgeous location with an easy walk to town. The bed was super comfy and the kids enjoyed the novelty of the triple bunks. It also felt very private. The pool is large and nice area. There was also a coconut husking poke outside the bungalow so the kids enjoyed hunting for coconuts on the beach and husking them.

The room was ok. Location ok. Check in was light on. The receptionist was in a hurry to get away. We stayed for three nights and had no room service during this time. Apparently we were supposed to deal with our own rubbish ie take our rubbish to reception. The receptionist told me I would have known this had I read the hotel instruction manual. She delivered the message to me with a sneering undertone when i queried a $30 cleaning fee because we'd left rubbish in our room on departure. We had smokers next door.

Location awesome, nature even better. The checkin was easy the amenities were perfect for my family. In all truth this was one of the best stays I have had in years. The management team deserve a pat on the back.
