Eco Village Mission Beach

This is such a lovely resort. Access to beaches, tropical gardens, pool, walks to the beach into town or on a walking path with a slight hill to climb on the way home. Will stay longer next time.

The property is well situated and close to the beach. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are not serviced daily (including rubbish removal) Only serviced for stays of more than 5 nights. Staff were accommodating in provision of toilet paper, tea and coffee when required. This is a completely smoke free property. There is a designated smoking area in the car park. The pool could use some more shade over it. It was quite hot when we were there but little shade to use the pool. The pool temperature was also like a warm bath and not refreshing as was expected. The restaurant is only available on Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise an enjoyable stay and we would stay again.

Beautiful, quiet location

Mission Beach Eco Village is located at the northern end of the Mission beach Strip, a few steps through the trees from Stoney beach and from the main beach. Accommodation is in isolated cabin-style rooms, all very new (post-Yarsi?) and luxurious, pathways winding around to the various rooms, sitting verandah and your own plunge pool in front of our room, a substantial swimming pool in the centre of the facility, trees and vegetation everywhere, fenced compound, and a restaurant on-site for most nights. This was a supremely comfortable and luxurious stay without resort pretensions. Friendly greetings and instructions, trolley for luggage, toys for children, books for all. Flawless.
