Amazing little hotel. Staff super friendly. Great breakfast! Amazing location. Perfect for day trips around the area as well.

トゥルッリに滞在する経験ができたことは満足。２つだけ、不満な点がありました。一つは、シャワー。昔風のバスタブしかなく、慣れていない宿泊客には、不便だと思います。もう一つは、以下の点です。チェックイン時、ホテル・スタッフから、「うちのホテルは、１日に２度ルームメイキングをします。タオル・チェインジもします。」と言われました。それがセールス・ポイントの一つと思っているのでしょうが、私達は、夕方には、Disturbされたくなかったので、「必要ない」と告げたのにもかかわらず、外出後、戻ってみると、ベッドメイキングのためか、入室されていた。チェックイン時の対応スタッフから、ルームメイド・スタッフへの伝達がなされていないのと、ドアにかける「Do not disturb」の札もない点が不満の原因です。「おもてなし」の仕方も受ける側の価値観を考慮する必要があると思います。

Es war ein Erlebnis! Wenn man in Alberobello ist, sollte man auch in einem Trulli übernachten. Komfort war super, Ambiente einzigartig! Möchte ich sofort weiterempfehlen.

The people working here are just doing an outstanding job in recommendations and are super warm and welcoming. Most charming breakfast room I have ever experienced. Overall just to recommend for a special experience in this cute village!

Très bien situé, cet établissement aux chambres particulièrement agréables (et très originales) est vraiment à recommander. La décoration y est très rafinée, l'acceuil excellent (bien que ne parlant pas français), le petit déjeuner excellent (produits frais et variés).

トゥルリに泊まりたいと思い予約しました。 空調は無いそうですが、夏場でも快適でした。ロケーションは最高です。
