Ubicación, personal, restaurantes y los exteriores, la habitación genial y el cuarto de baño muy grande y nuevo, terraza grande y buenas vistas

Que no tengan las típicas cosas de obsequio que ponen en el cuarto de baño y para ser uno de cuatro estrellas debería, las puertas del interior de la habitación están desactualizadas lo demás estupendo

La zona sur y la situación no están mal. Las comidas estaban bien, actividades también..

Si tengo que poner algo irregular y si se lo hice saber al hotel, es que por las mañanas el baño tiene algo de gases malolientes, no todos los días se barrió las habitaciones.. pero por lo general todo bien.. Comentar que en la cena se tiene que tener cuidado con la comanda que te dan para las bebidas, ya que si no coges las del buffet y directamente desde que te sientas en la mesa te preguntan que vas a beber y si les pides tienen que pagar la bebida. Así que tienes que decir que coges la del buffet..

We really enjoyed our stay at Esencia the food was excellent, plenty of choice and always well presented. Esencia adult only was the perfect choice for us, nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle off the main hotel but with the bonus of access to the facilities should you want them. The quiet areas in the main hotel restaurants for Esencia guests was a really nice touch. Would definitely recommend a SV as the sunsets are lovely and the other rooms are at the back of the property and ours did not get much sun, but we didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't matter that much. All the staff were extremely friendly, even when they were just walking around the hotel they always greeted you with a smile. The gym was fantastic, the best and biggest gym I have seen in a long time and the staff were very helpful. The Spa was nice for a slightly cloudy day, parts were in need of repair but I think this was already being attended to. The hotel is isolated, but we knew this before we arrived but for us I think the Esencia for a week of flying and flopping was just perfect.

Le spa : pour 15€ par personne pour une heure, l'eau était froide partout, le hammam tiède, sauna non chaud, nous sommes partis au bout de 30 minutes Du côté Essencia, dans la zone détente, le hammam était hors service la plupart du temps. Deux restaurants sur 4 étaient fermés Pour les activités : pas de vélo, le terrain de tennis et de paddle accessibles moyennant des frais supplémentaires Les cocktails à volonté n'étaient vraiment pas de qualité. Ils n'étaient pas du tout fidèles au descriptif de la carte des boissons
