This was our second visit to La Palma Princess and it was amazing. The location is stunning with breathtaking scenery. The staff really make this hotel. They work tirelessly to keep the hotel running smoothy and keep it so spotlessly clean. The pool areas are clean and always lots of sunloungers to choose from. We had a game of mini gold and used the snooker tables each day. The animation team are fab, always there to inform you of whats going on throughout the day and hyping people up. The drinks are good quality and bar staff are friendly. It was my birthday whilst there, and I was left a bottle of bubbly and birthday wishes from the hotel which was a special touch. The food is second to none. Really impressed by the quality and choice. Something different each day and so delicious. The waiting staff are efficient and remove used plates quickly. Reception staff also fab and really helpful. Our room was well kept and cleaned throughout our stay, with fresh towels. Thank you for an amazing holiday, hoping we will be back soon.

I usually adore staying here but I have to say I am very disappointed. The food has gone completely down hill. The breakfast I cannot fault but the dinner in the Esencia has gone down hill very much so. Found myself having salad and fruit every night. I know they do cultural nights but I don’t want to eat pigs feet and chicken drumsticks. Last time I came we had fresh seafood and steak, clearly money is being saved at the expense of guest experience. Plus on an evening the waitress saying I don’t understand English when I was ordering my drink, ask someone else? I used to love coming here I am Bitterly disappointed. I will not be returning.
