The hotel is in a quiet area, with a few private free parking spaces. The rooms was very clean and the personal, specially Sara, were always helpful and kind. It's a few minutes away from supermarkets and bus station, and not to far form train station.

Only disadvantege is the room size wich can be a little to small for a family of 3.

First of all, I was never allowed to stay in the property I booked for. On arrival and was asked to pay £100 and that it will be refunded after checking out which is still not refunded in my account. However, after paying the £100 , I was then told that I can’t stay in the room I booked because there is a fault in the room and that I and my son have to go to another address after a long journey, with untrained staff who had no good communication skills.

I can’t tell you much about the property but the room I was given after paying an extra £30 just to have a single bed each with my 15 year old son because the room that was given at first was a double bed which I couldn’t share with my son.

Je n'ai pas aimé grand-chose. On me fait payer une caution à l'arrivée alors qu'une carte avait été mise exprès pour ça sur le site.

Le personnel désagréable. Les locaux insalubres avec de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, même le papier toilette était moisi, photo à l'appui si vous les voulez. Toilette qui n'évacue pas le papier. Une douche qui n'était pas propre. Je pensais que vous aviez quant meme des critères avant de proposer ce genre d'établissement

Room located in a bunker not comfortable the mattress not good, but the room is clean.

Nightmare

Was handled by Sarah and she was amazing, made us feel very comfortable. Very professional and welcoming. They had limited parking spaces but we were lucky to find one on site. Room and bathroom was clean, comfortable and not bad for the price. I do think they could do with new bedding and carpets, they do look old. In their emails they state free breakfast subject to availability which i thought was misleading as they had told us we had to pay £7 extra for breakfast. Regardless was not bad
