Very affordable price and very clean room

1] Curtains not thick. 2] Toilet bowl gets stuck 3] Breakfast is Nice but its too much OIL

Ambience old fashion. No comforter just 2 short blankets. Which I would suggest for improvement. Wifi Was Free but you get 1-2 bars inside the room another thing that needs improvement.The room seems to be clean and smells like fabric condition which is good but irritating esp.for those that has allergies with strong smell. The breakfast is excellent! Will surely come back for more...

Stayed for a night, we’ve tried Leesons Residences due to its good reviews. At a cheap and very affordable price it was very good. Though the bathroom is too small, free breakfast is okay as well. Nothing fancy but all good.

I actually love staying here every time I'm in Manila, the stuff our absolute god sent, please remember to be nice to them so they can carry on to give such pristine service.

Small and friendly hotel. Staff very helpful. Ten minutes walk from Robinsons Mall. Nice room. Happy stay and would visit again.

Far away from all Central Manila. Staff can speak English when they request an early booking in fee , yet mysteriously do not speak English when you request information about shopping malls taxis etc

Good experience. Staff are nice and accommodating. Room and bathroom is clean...Breakfast not so pleasing, meat is so small portion and egg always cooked sunny side up everyday and juice is in small glass...no elevator and our room is on the 5th floor about 6-8 steps per floor, good exercise though...

The room itself is fine, clean with a good wifi and cable TV. There was a fridge and a kettle, which is a bit uncommon in Philippines. My only complaint was the lobby - the came across as being very strict and judgemental. It seemed over the top and I wouldn't recommend this hotel for solo travellers but it would be good budget option for couples. Families can't stay here as there's a minimum age policy of 21 (which is a bit odd as 18 is adult here). Just a bit peculiar rules made me uncomfortable. Breakfast was a very basic Filipino silog dish, nothing remarkable.
