Detailed review of my 2 night stay. My basic expectation is: Security: Good. Feel safe to put my stuff in it. Security help to carry luggage up to level 4. Basic cleanliness:Good. Did not encounter any insect or dirt. Receptionist: Friendly and they always try share their fan with customer sitting on reception area due to hot weather. Shower: Strong shower water pressure for a good shower. My room has a balcony to hang my wet clothes Issues that may not meet my expectation compare to budget hotel: (1) Detergent used to mop the floor make the floor like slippery with strong smell accent. The whole room has a strong smell accent which maybe the detergent. Somehow my bag has the smell when I leave 3 days ago. (2) Aircon without remote control and is default at 16degree, so it end up very cold at night and no way to off the aircon. The blanket is very thin that I wear to wear two long pants and sweater to try to sleep. (3) Climb 4-storey high which is typical for budget hotel. (4)With the price paid, for a simple night stay, I feel it reach my expectation. (5) Very dark at night when I came back so I do not think is safe to come back late at night.(6)Strict policy of check in at 2pm so I've to wait at the counter to check in. Also Check out at 12pm sharp as they have routine to clean the room. (7) Wifi seem to change daily as I cant use the password on the 1st day. Can be troublesome to go up n down. For the price I paid, I will say it meet my basic expectation.

I will NEVER stay at this rat/roach infested hotel again. When I arrived, the room I booked online was not available because they had double booked it. The hotel staff was very unaccomidating, unhelpful, and at times rude. They barely understand English and do not have the skills and education to preform their job. If you want absolutely nothing, this is the place for you!

I had a Terrible stay from this hotel from day 1 up to the end. I booked for 14 days and just to bad for me that I cannot refund my money. Staff of the hotel is terrible they never smile never say good morning /night or hi . They never help us carry our laggage. What a nightmare. ...never recommend this hote.

The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming and polite. Would go back.

Bathroom is small ..no sink or mirror commode always stopped up

Friendly personal, clean, comfortable room with cable tv. The location is not the best but ok for a short stay

The service was great and i felt secured! The place is accessible to nearby stores.
