高台からの眺めのいい露天風呂＆サウナ部屋も高級感があり清潔スタッフの対応もよかった

食事の時の(お餅配膳の方)の対応怒ってる？機嫌が悪い？と思わせるような対応部屋からの景色は望めなかったので残念だった

朝・夕のバイキング料理。メニューの多さと朝・夕のコンセプトが明確に出ていた点。夕食の飲み放題や朝食の一口餅。トッピングが7種類あり、ずんだ餅やきな粉、胡桃餅など一通り食べました。

①部屋が寒かった。暖かくしようとしたが、方法がわからなかった。 ②大浴場更衣室ロッカー室内に埃が舞っているのが見えた。客室浴室のアメニティーのボトルに埃がかなり付着していた点。2部屋に家族が分かれて宿泊したが、別の部屋も同じだった。ロビーは広く華やかだったが、清潔でないホテルは、最低だと思う。
