had a great stay at the hotel. I have celiac disease, and housekeeping team Ajay and Priyanka Kumari was very helpful in accommodating my dietary needs. Everything was prepared carefully and accurately. Really appreciate the excellent service.

The road to sterling , is not good for people traveling in their cars, very very narrow and dangerous Also far from city , and not well connected , Just to access hotel lobby ftom my room, I had to take three different elevators ,

My experience at the hotel was truly wonderful. The environment was clean, comfortable, and made my stay very pleasant. I would especially like to appreciate Hema for her polite and helpful nature. She was always ready to assist and ensured that everything went smoothly without any inconvenience. Manager Kovid also handled everything very professionally. His management skills and positive attitude towards guests are truly commendable. The front office team was efficient and cooperative as well. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and all queries were handled promptly. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!

Location,view and surrounding of the resort is so good that we visited the place for one full week. This was our 25th visit in 25 years. The resort is wonderful if you want peace and natural beauty. You have uninterrupted view of dehradoon valley from here. Rooms are very comfortable and hospitality is excellant.spa was nice and good activity room is in place. Mr amit from front desk, Mr vijay and ajay from housekeeping and Mr pyare and Mr mahaveer were so helpful, polite and efficient. I would recommend this place as must visit. Enjoying this Resort is money well spent.

location : resort is located around 2.5km from library chowk , resort is so beautiful and well maintained and constructed on a very high place they used the slop of velly to construct rooms. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Food : is very delicious and good we took buffet it's little bit expensive but Worth it. All staff is very helpful and service is good. One suggestion please provide best view rooms to the members so they can enjoy much of your resorts.
