"Exceptional"

The view from our room was the main highlight. We were directly on the cliff giving us a beautiful panaromic view. The room was of a good size. Buffet had a lot of variety.

The access to the room is far from the Reception and you have to walk a lot for everything.

"Harassment and asking extra Higher amount during check out"

This is very genuine review as Travel Agency giving first time due to Harassment and extra higher amount asking without any information in Sterling Mussoorie - I was book Sterling Mussoorie one of my guest on MAP plan but due to unable check Mail booking was auto cancel and I was inform to Sterling sale office Kolkata to restate the booking Pradeep Paul and He was telling I will update after 2 days again I was remind and telling it is not possible again I was told to Vijay Singh regarding this and after may call no respond form him side also and after check in at Hotel guest was taking self initiate and ask with Hotel modified the plan and Hotel person given email id to inform to mail for meal modification I was mail the same and send reminder mail also but no respond and during check out asking 1500 + GST approx 1770 per person for Dinner buffet cost and approx 7080 without prior information, I request book any one sterling read this genuine feedback and search other lots of option you will find better hotel in cheapest meal cost

We had a wonderful stay and a truly memorable wedding anniversary celebration at the hotel. The amenities were excellent, the room was very comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The service from the staff was warm, professional, and very attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Ajay and Mr. Balveer from the housekeeping team for the beautiful decoration they arranged in our room for our wedding anniversary. Their thoughtful effort made our celebration even more special and memorable. We really appreciate the hospitality and look forward to visiting again!
