"Amazing Experience"

I had a wonderful stay at Sterling Mussoorie! The property offers an amazing view with a true luxury feel. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous — a special thanks for providing hot milk for my baby even at midnight, which showed great care and hospitality and special thanks to Mr Karan

"Poor and not worth"

Respected everyone, The rooms and category showed to me and the room actually offered to me was like the two opposite point. The view and room given to me was a total disaster and the charges they claimed from me was very high. The view of the valley was almost zero/ zero and It was actually difficult to walk till the room and that to for the low grade rooms. I will definately report this matter to the uttar khand ministry along keeping in loop to the Central tourism ministry and ofcourse the social media.

Did not like the stay then their is no point of explaining the one by one .

"I feel it was very very good as I wanted to relax away from my home and it was just perfect."

Everything except i feel rooms and washroom could be more luxurious at this price point. The view from the room is tremendous at all times.

The network of lifts and passages leading to the rooms could be a little better decorative.
