The Fig Tree B&B

It was so close to the lovely beach, very peaceful, had everything you need

the location on "K-eye" was good for accessibility by vehicle or bicycle though there are few services in baudin beach. the owner/hostess was exceptionally friendly and offered good suggestions for where to go on KI. location also very quiet; almost no highway noise.

this is not a 'dislike' but visitors should know there is ocean/waterfront close by where swimming is possible but there is not much of a sandy beach. (beaches a few kilometres away including "Island Beach" are broad and lovely, with the warmest water we found in southern Oz). there is also extreme dryness - a drought - underway that encourages everyone including visitors to be mindful.

Property had all we needed inside the accommodation. Good breakfast choice

When you drive up the drive it's looks like junk yard. Scruffy building on your right hand side rubbish everywhere. The exterior of the building needs painting.All outside areas overgrown and impossible to sit in as advertised. On arrival a sticker saying watch out for venomous snakes.

a perfect bungalow on a perfect island , a dream All was perfect : quiet place , confortable room , patio , friendly staff , Thanks a lot , if you want quiet , simple , small bed and breakfast , i recommand and i hope to come again ❤️

Every thing about the fig tree was perfect. Vendor is a very helpful. All services were above average.
