1) Super convenient location, just 3-5 minutes walk from Nagoya station. 2) Very friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. 3) Washer-dryer combination laundry machines available (standard wash-dry for 600JPY, 2 hours). 4) Clothes iron available upon request at reception.

1) Room is quite small, even compared to other Japanese hotels. 2) Only 2 laundry machines are available. For a fair-sized hotel, it'd be nice to have at least 4 machines available.
