"Excellent"

Location was close to the Nagoya station and yet our room was quiet, spacious and had a nice view. The amenities, especially the drip coffee packs, were great too. There were convenience stores and nice restaurants around.

The pillow was a bit too soft. There was no onsen facilities and the price was quite pricey for off-season.

"Great place for family of 5 on the go"

Clean, hospitable, and right next to the train station. Great location next to the Bic Camera and subway (Misokatsu Yabaton is a 3 min walk away). 20 minute walk from the Meitetsu Bus Center which can take you to Nabana No Sato. Also breakfast is very good Japanese and Western style breakfast for those who want to sample the local specialties.

駅から近く、スタッフがとても丁寧で親切

お風呂場の壁が掃除していないかのように石鹸の跡みたいなのがついていたのだが、水でぬらしてこすってみても取れなかったため、多分シミみたいになっているのかも。不潔なわけではないが、少し気になりました

有自動check out 機器，只需1分鐘退房就完成很不錯。 床也乾淨軟硬適中，服務人員專業親切，3樓有微波爐、製冰機和洗衣機（需付費）

剛好住的樓層有吸菸室，一開門就聞到濃濃煙味，甚至會飄到房間，以為是自己太敏感沒有反應櫃檯。 後來發現吸菸室被暫停使用，應該是有問題，提醒如果有遇到這種情況可以告知櫃檯才不會白白多吸菸。
