Great stay

My stay at the Westin Phoenix Downtown was good overall, it delivered the solid experience you'd expect from a Westin property. The standout feature was definitely the massive and spacious rooms—far larger than typical hotel accommodations, which made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities were good, aligning well with the brand’s reputation for quality and convenience. While I did notice that the sheer curtain was missing in my room, it was a minor issue and didn’t detract significantly from the overall experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, offering easy access to downtown attractions, dining, and business venues. For the price point, I found the value to be quite good, especially considering the room size and central location.

Beautiful hotel for a quick stay. Wish we could have been here few extra days. Loved everything about it.

We used METRO from airport. It was A-line. But Dountown hab station is very complicated to transfer. When back to airport We asked front desk how to get back to airport. Answer was otherside of Central st and take from there. It was incorrect. Need provide correct info.

Great place but a few little glitches like late cleaning room and charges that were wrong. But staff is friendly and very professional.

Not a bad visit but the parking wasn’t ideal, the biggest issue was that the room never got cool enough
