Breakfast was much improved with a small bit of continental. Girl at reception was very welcoming and efficient. (Nayla)

Beds not that comfortable.

Staff were very helpful, there was a problem with our room where the lights tripped due to a dodgy bedside lamp that was sparking. Staff acted swiftly and got us moved.

Nearly having a serious situation with electric. Husband was very lucky not to be injured by dodgy lamp. We understand staff couldn't have know about the issue and grateful it was sorted as above.

Comfortable rooms, nicely decorated and furnished. Tea and coffee, lovely big shower, hot! Staff really welcoming and helpful

The hotel is tired and grubby, the bathroom in our room (which was a wetroom)was dirty and smelt musty, the extractor fan rattlesnake it was going to explode. There was black mould on the floor in the seam were the lino met and when the shower water went over this it came out and was floating around the floor. The spa area has a horrible odour that smells so strong it was disgusting. The jacuzzi had dirt floating around in it and the changing rooms were smelly and grimy. Breakfast was really poor quality produce. Our bedroom had 3 single beds pushed together but there was a 3 inch gap down the middle that we couldnt close. I have been to many spa hotels and they are nothing like this it was really terrible.

Really nice little hotel but the golf course was an added bonus. We didn't use the spa but the staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay and would definitely go again for a golf break.

Bathroom showing signs of use and decor of rooms could be more modern. If you stay on the ground floor there is sometimes noise from anyone staying in the room above. Not big issues and wouldn't put us off going back in the future.

Too few staff; inexperienced; not always great communicators. Food terrible.

The hotel was nice with good size rooms. The hotel staff were pleasant and approachable. The location was good enough for the area I needed to be within.

I was due a refund for the golf, as we only played 3 holes before we gave up. The course was so bad we could not play it, but it was a big struggle to get the refund.

Good facilities.
