Empire Hotel Subang

It is better if there is dedicated parking space for hotel guest, not combined with the mall

Location is good as it's attached to a mall. Rooms and service are good. One thing that bothers me is that it's noisy at night. The street noise and traffic can be heard in the room and I did not have a good sleep.

i had booked breakfast for two and the restaurant can come to the table infront of my guest and say that i have only booked breakfast for ONE. please check all your facts before embarrassing your guest infront of their guest. i had to take out my booking and show it to the restaurant infront of my guest! it shows how professional and organised this place is.

Hotel lift super ultra slow, room very noisy. Breakfast very bad service

Spacious room. Bed area & workstation separated which is very good. Clean & smell good!

Very clean n spacious room. Beside Empire mall where there is food galore n shopping. Subang parade mall across the road for more.

The most disappointing and off putting was the cleanliness in the cafe/restaurant which served breakfast. 1 the plates were most of them dirty- with black stains- obviously not washed well. I returned so many of them and brought it up with the Chef. 2 food was below par- omelette was underdone- raw inside. Roti Cana I was tough, curries had raw taste of curry powders, fruit juices- more water and sugar. 3 coffee was gritty For the price- in Subang- not very happy

Very convenient, next to Empire mall. Very spacious room and quiet. Great gym facilities. Lift to gym is somewhat slow.
