There is smoking room available, good!

A bit upset that their swimming pool only for adult - my child was so frustrated as our main idea is for him to swim. Lift so slow & crowded all d time. Room and food quite good.

Overall the stay is OK, the room is spacious, except the reception counter is slow as only one person attending. I wish the Breakfast could include vegan or vegetarian food cater for this group of guest.

Good location. With the price , there's no toothbrush provided, no hand towels and the gym is way too far. Lift is too slow

Strategic location and helpful staffs

Efficient front officer to handle our late arrival & check-in. Comfort stays.

Booked a king premier room but was given a twin room instead. Was not informed of the change during checkin. Told the reception about their mistake but no help was given. Told us to just accept the room, obviously they gave our king room to someone else. Room facilities - no shower head, toiletries are basic, no fridge, not enough lightings in room make it dark. For the price that we paid, I would not return.

With the shopping mall attached, it is so conveninece

Very convinent location. Direct bus to Singapore at Subang Parade Digital Mall.

It's adjacent to a good quality shopping mall with a lot of restaurant. LRT is not too far away. Parking is free
