The comfort, the veiw and location

We booked transport from the airport to Hotel - Due to the delay in our flight the hotel transporter decided to leave the airport and left us stranded.

The staff are exceptional no fault at all around at all time to attend to your needs. The facilities e.g gym, spa, classes, etc very accessible. The location is perfect overlooking the hills and beautiful landscapes, especially being situated in the wealthy part of Rwanda, big mansions and quiet sides.

The publicity of the pictures on the website are deceiving!! The property requires alot of work and renovations which let's the customers expectation down. Hopefully, it will be redecorated and modify soon to maintain 5* standard.

"Good stay at the Manor"

Food, accommodation, place and environment. Staff were great and friendly and supportive.

Tea in room without sugar. Wadrob good top part needed cleaning and dust removal.
