The Rwandan staff were all exceptional. The location is perfect in a nice neighborhood with close proximity to Town and KCC.

Found 7 cockroaches over 5 nights in the room and toilet (October 2022). The pictures you see are nothing like what it is in reality- do not be fooled. No ventilation at all in smelly toilet. Aircon wasn't working, they had to sort out when I was in room. On check-in, the first two rooms they showed me had a stuffy smells, had to request seeing the third room which I was forced to settle with based on room availability. This sign board outside the 'hotel' has 'Two Stars'. This is definitely not a four star hotel.. Its more like a motel at extremely high rates. It is an old building that requires upgrades. The only really good thing at this place is all the staff who are Rwandan, these people are superb. I should have rather spent a little extra and booked myself in a real hotel that meets my requirements, but the pics advertised misguided me. Unfortunately in this situation, I do not have any consumer rights to have claim a refund or leave as I paid for the full accommodation upfront.
