It's not good hotel

Rooms are not clean and have a bad smell... Shower hot water not coming & not clean... Poor bathroom set up...

"An amazing stay"

I loved the customer care I was offered by the staff. The food was great and we enjoyed the pizza. The hotel has great views of the Kigali city and it was quite which I loved.
