The Manor Hotel

I enjoyed the views from my hotel room. The food is amazing and the waiters were good and helpful. The reservation was quite good especially when it came to inquires and the responsiveness was quick. The gym manager was good and I loved the morning workouts

I was in Kigali for the weekend for the ntare league and I liked the receiption and the overall welcome. The waiters were good when it came to directionw and helping us to get through Kigali. It was a beautiful weekend for us. The food especially the pizza was delicious

I liked the fact that there are two restaurants on the premises and the 4 meals I had were all very good. People were friendly under circumstances.

The place is run down, looks sold, and should be repainted and newly decorated. Only a few channels on TV, so you can just as well take them out... the few that were there, snowy pictures, and poor sound!!! The breakfast is just terrible: The coffee is near MUD! No freshly baked bread, nothing crisp. No bacon/good sausage or savory mince. No nice fresh fruit. The "Night Club" is not attracting people, so for a foreign guest, it is not nice when staying alone. The "Bar" is almost non-existent! A COLD beer was not to be had... cool maybe, but not cold.

Good customer care from the waiters and waitresses, the room was clean and fresh. I enjoyed the views from my room of the city. The food was delicious and room attendants were friendly. Besides the tv that wasn't showing certain channels, the rest was amazing and i had a great stay while at the hotel. Hope to be back again

The hotel is located in a quiet place surrounded by amazing views of the city of Kigali. They have real great food and a variety of dishes. Personally i enjoyed their pizza. It was served in time and the waitress was really attentive to everything. I had an amazing experience staying at the manor hotel. I also enjoyed the pool and the rooftop gym. Thank you for having me

The rooms were comfortable and fresh. I had a great night sleep while at the hotel. The staff are friendly and quick to offer assistance. The airport pick up was on time too. I loved the Indian cuisine. The pizza was amazing as well. We definitely love to come back soon

The hotel is accessible from the kigali international airport. I loved the views from the hotel. The staff were smart. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious although a few things can be included. I loved the rwanda cultural night that had good dancers

The place has great potential. A few things can be improved to make it better. The breakfast is basic, there is less things to eat each day. The food at restaurants is overcharged based on what you can find at nearby and better restaurants. Room are comfortable but amenities in room is lacking.. eg: there was only 2 hangers. Sanitary equipment is very old and outdated in bathrooms etc. The few improvements can give the place a better reputation and attract more customers.

I did not like the floors in my room were old carpet. It had a distinct smell. Not bad smell just old smell

Staff attentive
