I recently stayed at The manor hotel and I was impressed! It offers stunning views whether you're having a coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace, besides the service being perfect it's the scenery that stood out for me. Can't wait to visit again

I recently stayed at The Manor Hotel that I discovered through their marketing campaigns on google and it was a beautiful experience. The welcome upon arrival was warm. The reception its self is a work of art with amazing designs. The dining options were amazing from Italian to India cuisines with a standout breakfast buffet.

The rooms were neat room service was quick to respond to any inquiries that I needed. I loved the food too. The waiters were friendly. The manor also has great views of the Kigali and is in a quiet place accessible to the city center and the convention centre where my meetings took place. I enjoyed my stay there.

Nice people working there. We asked for a extra mattees because the bed were hard, it never showed up.

The Manor Hotel is a long standing family hotel in the best neighborhood of Kigali, we have been back many times and it's like a second home to us. What we love most is the relatively large pool & cozy terrace that is also popular with families on weekends, the very authentic and tasty cuisine with many options (Indian, Italian, Chinese, and convenience snacks such as burger & chips), and Kigali's best outdoor gym with fresh air & stunning views. The Manor also regularly has some live music, some traditional dance and other events. It is equally a perfect hotel stay for business travelers and for families, as you get a perfect dose of both quiet space and entertaining activity on the premises. The neighbourhood is extremely safe and very quiet, and one of the best areas if you like doing quiet walks in the morning or evening. The hotel also features a business center, a hair salon, a meeting room, or a TV area if you like to just enjoy a drink and watch the news or sports. The owners, the staff, and guests at the Manor are always such wonderful people and you get the family vibe. In my view, The Manor has one of the greatest atmospheres and the absolutely best VALUE for MONEY in Rwanda and that's why we keep coming back and can always recommend it.

found this place online ,was looking for aplace to stay in Kigali traveling from abroad. I was not disappointed when I got there. What an amazing place. The location is perfect with the Best Views I ever seen . Asked our room to be upgraded to a room with a view and balcony and got it striaght away. Rooms are super clean . Most comfortable bed I hve slept in , the pillows are so fluffy u just don’t wanna wake up . I was looking for the gym and pool and was not disappointed gym equipments work good and the pool is good since for a swim. Kids friendly if u hve any . Chief Simon couldn’t do enough for us , requested katongo for breakfast which is off the menu and he delivered, very polite and friendly chief made us feel at home. I had massage on dialy basis on visit , most amazing massage I hve had in long time I just kept goin back for more , To be honest all the staff are amazing couldn’t do enough for us .
