Cabot las velas is partially open during the winter months (November to April) with some limitations in Reception and Housekeeping services. Reception is available a few hours a day, depending on occupancy. Check-in details should be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival. Contact number available 24/7 during your stay. The cleaning service will not be available for stays up to 7 nights. In case of a longer stay, cleaning will be performed once every 7 days. The accommodation was modern, and the room looked just like in the pictures. There is a shop nearby, and the beach is also close. The guy from the reception was friendly.

We were a bit surprised that the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. We found a sock and other trash left behind by the previous guest. On one occasion, we requested cleaning, but our room was not cleaned. The jacuzzi, which is featured in the accommodation’s advertisement, had to be thoroughly cleaned by us before it could be used. Additionally, we requested a double bed, but it felt like two rolling single beds pushed together, which often slid apart during the night.

Spacious apartment, very nice pool area (there are two), Friendly staff - especially Xisco was remarkeably friendly & helpful, very nice look of the whole area! Good parking spots, in walking distance to puerto polenca centre!

It is Not a Big Problem, but it is close to a very Busy Road so That you can hear noise of the Street While laying at the Pool. The WiFi had some connecting issues several times of the day. Inside the Apartments you could feel That the air was a Little „wet“, Leading to a moist feeling while e.g. Sitting on the Sofa.
