Cabot las velas is partially open during the winter months (November to April) with some limitations in Reception and Housekeeping services. Reception is available a few hours a day, depending on occupancy. Check-in details should be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival. Contact number available 24/7 during your stay. The cleaning service will not be available for stays up to 7 nights. In case of a longer stay, cleaning will be performed once every 7 days. El hotel está bastante cerca de la playa, la chica de la recepción es muy amable y el hotel tiene una buena relación calidad-precio.

La habitación estaba bastante húmeda y no tenía mucha iluminación. Además, la limpieza podría haber sido un poco más profunda.

Lage war in Ordnung.

Unser Zimmer war für einen Badeurlaub völlig ungeeignet. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Wandleiste mit Kleiderbügeln. Außerdem stand im Zimmer ein großer, feuchter Sofa, das viel Platz einnahm – an seiner Stelle hätte man problemlos einen Schrank aufstellen können. Weder auf dem Balkon noch im Badezimmer stand ein Wäscheständer zur Verfügung. Der Boden war so kalt, dass man nur mit Hausschuhen laufen konnte – für Kinder absolut ungeeignet. In der Küche war eine mini Pfanne, nicht Mal für ein Ei und keine Schneidebretter. Der Pool wurde morgens von Mitarbeitern manuell vom Kindersandeimer mit Chemikalien gereinigt, obwohl es im 21. Jahrhundert längst günstige, automatische Reinigungsgeräte gibt. Die Zimmerreinigung sollte eigentlich alle drei Tage stattfinden, doch während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts ist niemand gekommen. Auch an der Rezeption war die junge Mitarbeiterin nicht besonders freundlich. Für frische Handtücher musste ich selbst zur Rezeption gehen, anstatt dass jemand sie ins Zimmer bringt. Für das Geld habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Nie wieder – 1 von 5 Sternen.

A aparente imagem....

Fiquei a saber que a "limpeza" era a cada 3 dias com troca de toalhas. Depois de insistir 3 dias seguidos tomamos medidas próprias para ultrapassar a "inércia" da equipa para exterminar os insectos na cozinha assim como a falta de higiene do apartamento. Não podemos descer no próprio modo de viver quando outros nos tentam forçar a um registo inaceitável. Felizmente não nos conseguiram estragar as férias mas saímos o mais rápido possível no último dia sem a dispensável despedida, o que cremos ter sido agradável pelo atendimento verificado em 14 dias.
