Cleaning service is offered on alternate days, during the summer months (May to October). Cabot las velas is partially open during the winter months (November to April) with some limitations in Reception and Housekeeping services. Reception is available a few hours a day, depending on occupancy. Check-in details should be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival. Contact number available 24/7 during your stay. The cleaning service will not be available for stays up to 7 nights. In case of a longer stay, cleaning will be performed once every 7 days. Any additional needs will be taken care of upon request.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Appartement quasi neuf, propre, bien aménagé avec goût, assez bien placé même s'il n'est pas proche de la mer. Balcon agréable. Calme en cette saison.

Difficile à trouver de nuit, pas de bonnes indications (le numéro de la rue n'est pas le bon, c'est le 14), et personne qui répond au téléphone. Il manquerait un égouttoir et un torchon de plus dans la cuisine. Et un étendoir sur le balcon (la salle de bain est humide, les serviettes ne sèchent pas). Le ménage mériterait d'être fait tous les 2 jours et non 3.

Clean and staff are nice

Shower height adjustment was broken, no ventilation in the shower. Lighting over the kitchen counter and sink was poor. Internet was out for a couple of days. Poor internet connection out in the veranda.
