Cabot Las Velas Apartments

Ich war bereits im vergangenen Herbst in dieser Unterkunft und da es mir hervorragend gefallen hat, bin ich in diesem Herbst gleich wieder gekommen. Die Anlage ist ruhig und trotzdem ziemlich zentral. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement bietet den Komfort den ich mir in meinem Urlaub wünsche. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The main issue is cleanliness. When we arrived, there was hair in the bathroom (on the door and in the shower). The kitchen utensils and plates were also dirty, so we had to wash everything ourselves before using them. The couch also needs a proper cleaning, as it didn’t smell good and was unpleasant to use. Cleaning only takes place once every 3 days, which is too rare given the humid climate — towels really need to be changed daily. When the cleaning lady came after 3 days, we were in the middle of cooking lunch and asked if she could return the next day, but she said we would have to wait another 3 days! As a result, during our 7-day stay, the room was cleaned only once, on the last day of our stay, which was very disappointing. The kitchen could use some updates too: the non-stick frying pan is scratched and worn, which makes it unsafe to use. It would be helpful to have a cutting board and kitchen towels provided.
