Cleaning service is offered on alternate days, during the summer months (May to October). Cabot las velas is partially open during the winter months (November to April) with some limitations in Reception and Housekeeping services. Reception is available a few hours a day, depending on occupancy. Check-in details should be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival. Contact number available 24/7 during your stay. The cleaning service will not be available for stays up to 7 nights. In case of a longer stay, cleaning will be performed once every 7 days. Any additional needs will be taken care of upon request.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Les instal·lacions són molt noves, és un lloc molt acollidor. La gestió de l'arribada i la sortida és molt àgil i senzilla.

Hem passat 6 nits a l'apartament i en tots ells les llums del camí que portaven als apartaments no funcionaven. No m'ha agradat que si no pernoctes mínim 7 nits no netegen l'apartament durant la teva estada. Amb aquestes dues mancances, la relació qualitat preu no la trobo gaire bona. Una mica car per temporada baixa.

Super nice interior, great facilities with whirlpool on the terrace.

The whirlpool did not work properly. We arrived late, the check-in was super easy, but since it was a holiday in Mallorca, we could not get any drinks, as there was no one, and the fridge was locked.
