All of the staff members at reception were amazing and helpful. Especially Cisco, who went out of his way to help ensure that we make it in time for our excursion. The room was clean, comfortable bed and bathroom was in good condition. Pool was also good and clean.

I wish we were able to turn on the Air Conditioning, but the staff informed us that it was disabled as it is considered quite chilly at night.

Lovey and quiet Appartment in a convenient location for cycling. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English.

The cleaning service was unfortunately poor. There was hair in the Appartment when we arrived and the spa bath was extremely dirty. The cleaners entered our Appartment a few days in, we waited by the pool for approximately 20minutes for them to finish. When we reentered, nothing had been cleaned at all, the bed had not been made and they hadn’t even emptied bins or changed towels.
