Property Notes

Cleaning service is offered on alternate days, during the summer months (May to October). Cabot las velas is partially open during the winter months (November to April) with some limitations in Reception and Housekeeping services. Reception is available a few hours a day, depending on occupancy. Check-in details should be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival. Contact number available 24/7 during your stay. The cleaning service will not be available for stays up to 7 nights. In case of a longer stay, cleaning will be performed once every 7 days. Any additional needs will be taken care of upon request.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel Jaccuzi et terrasse très agréables

Appartement côté rue avec bruit de circulation importante. Heureusement isolation de la chambre une fois fermée correcte.

"Peaceful and tranquil location and nice living area."

Nice peaceful location on the outskirts of the port. Lovely private terrace with whirlpool bath was a nice touch.

We had a minor problem with ants in the room which the proprietor sorted out quickly. Some of the lights weren’t working.
