Cleaning service is offered on alternate days, during the summer months (May to October). Cabot las velas is partially open during the winter months (November to April) with some limitations in Reception and Housekeeping services. Reception is available a few hours a day, depending on occupancy. Check-in details should be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival. Contact number available 24/7 during your stay. The cleaning service will not be available for stays up to 7 nights. In case of a longer stay, cleaning will be performed once every 7 days. Any additional needs will be taken care of upon request.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Our bed linen was a bit stained + more bed pillows were needed. And when we first entered our room, it smelt a bit but the smell went away by the next day.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment genauso wie auf den Bildern. Das Whirlpool auf der Dach-Terrasse ist ein Highlight. Das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich.

Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel könnte schöner sein aber das ist auch schon alles. Sonst alles tipptopp
