I had a wonderful stay at Prima Hotel Pattaya. I really loved the atmosphere and overall experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the breakfast selection, which was a bit limited. However, everything else was great, and I would still highly recommend this hotel. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely come back again!

Отель понравился,в номере было чисто . При заселении возникли проблемы. Так как мы бронировали 3 номера на нашу компанию. Один из этих номеров был семейный с выходом в бассейн. Но персонал на рецепшен упорно доказывал ,что это ошибка ,и у нас нет брони семейного номера и оплачен только простой номер . На все мои доводы и то что я показывала бронь на букинге ,мне говори ,что это мои проблемы и букинг,а не отеля . Потом просто игнорировали . Мы стояли на рецепшен около 2 часов с детьми . Требовали еще доплачивать . Хотя все было оплачено . И потом наконец-то спустя 2 часа одна из сотрудниц решила проверить мою бронь . И ура нас заселили . Но впечатление об отеле испорчено. Потрачено много времени и нервов .
