Размещение действительно очень хорошее. Бассейн, правда, по колено и несколько лежаков на весь отель, но мы и не любители бассейна. Расположение оказалось для меня единственным плюсом, увы!

Заехали 20.08.25 в номер на 4 этаже. На следующий день при входе в лифт дверь внезапно закрылась, когда моя нога еще не пересекла порог. Жуткая боль, гематома, отек. Обращение на ресепшен - реакция нулевая: никто не бросился извиняться, проверять работу лифта или сообщать старшему менеджеру - ничего! Предложили вызвать врача, но конечно за мои деньги! Спасибо, но у меня была страховка, поэтому день отпуска ушел на переписку и согласование со страховой. Итог- больница, рентген, перелом мизинца левой ноги!!! Снова обращение на ресепшен для общения с менеджером. Да, он извинился и предложил организовать ужин в ресторане отеля, тк передвигаться я могла с трудом. Но только после того, как я потребовала запись видеокамеры напротив лифта, которую мне так и не предоставили. Зато утверждали, что лифт исправен, и что все ходят, а я такая неловкая. Уточню, что в лифт заходили втроем, муж, дочь и я. Он не был переполнен, и мы не забегали в него за секунду до закрытия дверей! Я просто в шоке от такого тайского сервиса и от отношения персонала. В первый раз, когда попросила позвонить менеджеру и сообщить о травме, девушка говоря по телефону мило хихикала, видимо, им было смешно очень. Отпуск был испорчен ограничением движения, нанесен вред здоровью. На снимке 24.09, месяц спустя, отломанный кусочек кости так и не сросся. До сих пор сохраняется ограничение по движению и никаких физических активностей. А отель за это никак не ответил. Будьте аккуратны, выбрав этот вариант проживания. А лучше, избегайте его вовсе.
