Impiana Private Villas Kata Noi

The view and private pool was amazing.

Unfortunately the room felt way too hot, the air con didn’t go cold enough and the fan didn’t work. Our bath didn’t get hot water and one of the shower heads didn’t work. For the price we found this very disappointing. A staff member helped and got us a portable aircon thankfully!

We liked the location much. Private pool with the view was amazing.

Facility was little bit used up and would need some smaller maintenance. The breakfast selection could be better.

Property was not as adverised. Poor view from toom was mostly blocked by trees and the room was old and falling apart. The hotel was way overpriced for what it is and did not meet expectations.

Although some areas of the property could be refreshed, the unit we booked is still very nice and represents very good value relative to the rate we paid. Also, our early checkin and late checkout may seem like a small thing, but it added immensely to our flight schedule and ease of travel. Without a late check out, it would’ve added several hours of what is already an extremely long day travelling back to Vancouver.

The villa was spacious and beautiful with a spectacular view and a private infinity pool. The staff was nice and friendly and location was good, only a short walk to the beach and to some nice restaurants.

There were a few things that needed fixing and and renovating.
