Amazing view We had reserved a grand villa with the pool for family of five . It was spacious , view was amazing Staff was responsive. Food in lobby restaurant and room service was good .

We were upgraded to royal villa which was huge, with a super pool accessible from all rooms. Staff particularly Tina very helpful although some staff English is poor. Food in restaurant and room service is top notch very well presented and tasty. Lovely sea view and private villa close to beach

The royal villa has not been well maintained and needs a refurbishment. Not like pictures on booking. Com still high end but just dated

Great location for solitude when just over the hill thousand scramble for a spot on the beach, here no one for miles. Very relaxing property.

Limited breakfast selection, but with the location and scenery, not an obstacle.

Staff were amazing!!! The breakfasts had limited selection but delicious, especially the pancakes some of the best I've had. The location was awesome close to Kata Noi Beach and Kata The room sizes were huge.

Villa needs some investment. Pools were dirty with rust spots all over the place. Tiles were missing, and the view of the villa below was of a broken old roof with rocks holding down the joins in the roofing. It's just tired. In its day, it would have been amazing.
