Sea view room, it’s very spacious

The hotel entrance is hard to find, and the lobby requires a bit of a walk. On the first day of check-in, a woman who seemed to be a manager had a unfriendly attitude.

the place was unhygined the staff was unhelpfull the room its self need renovation and best control, the staff does not abblige to emergencies, their is no staff or house keeping during the night time.

Nice location and perfect Appartment with big private pool. Very luxurious ambience.

The payment policy should be changed to avoid prepayments and have the payment during checkout like everywhere else.

The view, the staff were kind. Next door to a lovely restaurant. Might be a good option for a family but not a couple.

Do you research and think deeply before booking your stay here. The accomodation itself is very expensive but is at the 3star level. I know this because we stayed in a 3star guest house when we arrived in Phuket and it was very similar. The view is fabulous but you can enjoy the view from the numerous restaurants around the villa. This place has been neglected for too long and has some serious issues however they are still charging top dollar. During our stay we had plumbing issues which meant we didn’t have a proper shower until our next stop in Bangkok. The staff tried their best to fix it but we feel the shower will have to be replaced. When you travel for your honeymoon you hope the accommodation will be better than your own home especially when paying over $2000 for the stay but when we were there we longed for our bathroom facilities at home. The air conditioning needed a service and the pool (whilst having a spectacular views) had lots of moss on the bottom and felt unclean. This whole place could be amazing with some love and renovations. We understand this may not be possible but if that is the case, the price is too high for what is being offered. I hope this helps!

대체적으로 만족 하지만 구조상 엘리베이터가 없어서 불편하고 처음간다면 찾기가 조금 불편하다. 건물은 오래되서 요즘 스타일은 아니지만 청결했다. (화장실에서 게가 하수구를 타고 올라왔는지.. 너무 놀랐다.. 친환경적..ㅋㅋ) 조식은 객실이 별로 없어서 주문해서 먹는데 나름 괜찮음. 풀장도 괜찮았고 뷰도 좋았다. 날씨가 좋아서 더 만족. 직원들도 아주 친절했는데.. 조식 먹을때 와이프가 의자에 앉아서 편하게 먹기위에 발을 올렸는데 직원이 하지말란다.. 내가 왜 그러냐 그러니.. 노굿.. 아직도 이유를 모르겠다.. 그거 말고는 나름 괜찮았다. 아 그리고 객실 배정이 아랫층 쪽이면 체크아웃할때 직원의 도움을 받도록 하자. 올라갈때 엄청 힘들다.
