Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme både på stranden, hoved restauranten.

Shuttle til stranden. Badet uten ventilasjon.

The staff lacks professionalism, they are rude and inadequate, they also need to focus on multiple golf cart to take to water park rather then just 1 shuttle bus

The room was old and bathroom stinks ,

I did like almost everything in the hotel stuff and aqua park and pools everything goes amazing especially especially the food it was exceptional and marvelous great varieties and good tasting and also animation team was very good . I really enjoyed my stay

Three things I don't like in this : 1-The long waiting duration between the buses from the hotel to beach it have to be almost 15 minutes but actually it exceeds 30 minutes 2- air conditions in all places even the rooms and restaurant is not good 3- the internet connection is not stable and I have to log in almost every 30 min But all in all everything is went very good

Warm hospitality of the staff Sea and aqua location was very close to each other Variety of aqua games suitable for all of us All the Staff
