Aqua park and variety of food

Quality of food and beverage, when we have arrived to hotel no one to pick our luggage and they left our luggage direct in the sun light no shadow there for nearly 3 hours, additional to long distance among aqua, beach and hotel, very bad bus

Everything was good , special the fast checked in and the hospitality from Mr, Rashad at the front office he is really professional and helpful.

But the food wasn't good it wasn't tasty .

The staff were very friendly and helpful😍, especially Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Rashad at the reception🤝. I would also like to thank Mr. Bahaa, the security officer 👏👏👏who supervises and assists guests boarding the shuttle bus, for his kindness, professionalism, and dedication. They all helped make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The shuttle bus service needs improvement, especially during the opening and closing times of the aqua park. The waiting time was often too long and became quite frustrating. Also, the AC in the restaurant and at the reception area was not satisfactory and could be improved to provide more comfort for guests

The stuff is so friendly with excellent behavior, I like their kindness Resort is clean and aqua is amazing Restaurant has a lot of variety of good dishes which are changing every day Beverages are very good and present every where

This hotel beats huge names hotels , simply somthing that cannot be believed, food is extremely good , like fine dining level good and the variety is perfect, rooms are spacious and cleanliness is impressive, every corner in the hotel is clean , aqua park is amazing and very clean , pool staff and restaurant staff are very helpful, drinks are very good everywhere , beach is passable, beds are very comfortable, room service is very quick and responsive

Here comes the bad part that could ruin your vacation and demolishes all the good things Aqua park and beach are 800m from the rooms , shuttle bus is extremely bad with no ac and condensed space , sometimes you will be fighting with others to get in , reception staff are not helpful and check-in was very very very slow , refrigerators were not working probably in the 5 rooms we got , basically no cold water to drink in the rooms , water pressure is weak on the upper floor The design of the compound is almost like a maze you can easily get lost and keep wondering around with no signs to guide you anywhere , electrical connectors in the rooms are very old and could pose a huge risk to children,
