موظفون الاستقبال وعمال النظافه غايه ف الجمال ابتسامه وخدمه واستقبال ب شكل رائع خصوصا مستر هاشم ومصطفي ومحمد الشيفات ف المطعم نفس الشيئ تنويع الطعام جيد وتوافر كميات دائما

التكييف في المطعم واللوبي والبارات مغلق طوال فتره اقامتي وتم الابلاغ والرد كان جاري الاصلاح ولم يتم الاصلاح النور قطع بليل اثناء النوم ف الغرف تليفون الغرفه عطلان الميني بار مش شغاله وتم الابلاغ وتم استبدالها ب اخري مش شغاله الباص اللي بينقلنا للبحر كان بيجي كل 20 دقيقه وليس 5 دقايق كما قالوا لنا
