"Comfortable, near to Sanctuary and shops and restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff."

Location was good. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Very convenient to have lift to go down to street to go to the Sanctuary and back up again. Good to have luggage storage as our flight was later than check out.

Would be good to have another small table to store trolley bag as one was available and was used and would be good to have another one available for the 2nd person in a double/ twin room.

Lokalizacja ok, blisko do Sanktuarium.

Bardzo duży minus za brak czajnika w pokoju oraz szklanek. To bardzo ważne udogodnienie w dzisiejszych czasach, żeby można było się czegoś napić w pokoju nie schodząc na sam dół do restauracji. Brak małej lodówki w pokoju to też minus. To poważny minus, dobrze że to tylko jedna noc. Dodatkowo, nie były uzupełnione żele pod prysznic oraz mydło, poza tym łazienka bardzo ładna i czysta.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la Basilica. Quiero destacar el excelente trato en recepción, tratando de resolver todas las dudas. Volveria a repetirlo
