"Highly recommended, and the hotel parking is safe at a minimal cost."

Strategically located, despite it’s located on an uphill but there is an elevator to bring you down to the street level of about 200-300m to reach the sanctuary.

"Hotel básico a buen precio"

Hotel básico que cumple las necesidades mínimas para un viaje a Lourdes. La mayoría de baños están reformados y en general buena limpieza. El chico de la recepción fue muy amable (hablaban español todos los de la recepción). Nos dieron (sin coste extra) habitaciones más grandes que las que teníamos y siempre es de agradecer. El parking está a unos 300-400 metros en cuesta, es mejor dejar el equipaje y subir después. 12€ por coche y noche (es un descampado, como la mayoría de los parking que hay en esa zona)

Es un edificio viejo, por lo cual las habitaciones tenían un ligero olor a rancio/viejo Si tienes menos suerte te tocará bañera en tu habitación, al igual que el tema colchones. Están bien pero si los cambiarán pues mejor.

"Good value for money if you are staying short days as it made you safe and secure. Bed is ok seems hybrid which is comfo"

Its clean and have its own parking but its up the hill you have to walk.

Our room was awkward the toilet is in the other side without even the sink to wash your hands you have to go on the other side of the room on the shower room just to wash your hands and the bidet is separated with the toilet its weird. And the staff are not really welcoming to the guest as i was waiting to be seen in the reception they are still talking they are not really cared that people are waiting you have to wait when they are finish having their chats before you will be served. And they are not really focusing on the guest as they are still chatting in front of you which is rude. And the aircon is not working so we have our window open all night just to have some air coming.
