Location was good, staff member who served me was good, polite and helpful :-)

Mattress on the bed is pretty average. We were woken up at 4.45 and again a little later with banging either on the wall or inside the wall. We believe it could have been water pipes banging. Shower base in our room is cracked and as it's quite a step into the shower recess, a handle to grip on the outside would be good to help with stability entering and exiting the shower

Location was the only part that was acceptable

Up keep of the room as it was not acceptable window above beds in second room wouldn’t close and window covered with a tacked on dirty covering One of my colleagues is asthmatic and couldn’t sleep in that room we were offered another room but that had no heating this was totally unacceptable a refund should be offered

The location is perfect.

The rooms need a lot of attention. A lot of maintenance work needs to be done, things need to be updated. And there was no bowls or cutlery to use in the rooms.

can cook in the room!!! marvellous!

The door immediately fell off in the bathroom, there was what l assume was a stolen car abandoned in the car park, the towels were as thin as a tea towel and not much bigger, the room smelt like old ciggies
