Расположение отеля отличное,чистота в номерах ужасная,белье и полотенца старые и дырявые,после утренней уборки номер стал еще грязнее,при заезде с двумя маленькими собаками взяли доплату по 500 руб за сутки,хотя при заказе на сайте указывал проживание с животными бесплатно по этому был выбран данный отель.

Très bel hotel magnifiquement situé en plein centre à 100 mètres du Kremlin, proche de tout, belles chambres, service très sympatique, vraiment à recommander

"Centrally located comfortable Hotel"

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is centrally located within walking distance of all the major sights in Suzdal. Room was very (too) spacious, clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was fulfilling and the coffee was good.

"Unfriendly and mediocre place"

This hotel charged a « resort fee » which is completely ridiculous as it was a very basic, dreary and no-frills place. Problems included: 1) Very gruff and unfriendly reception at check in and check out. Absolutely no one smiled, welcomed us or spoke a word of English. 2) Breakfast was unappetizing & not even hot 3) The resort fee was a joke. There was not even kleenex in’the room, there were zero amenities to merit a resort fee. The wifi cut off every time your device was closed.I later found out their « wifi » was in fact the town wifi provided free of charge. Uncomfortable beds and 1 tiny, flat pillow. No coffee in the room (tea only). Positive was it was clean and centrally located.

"Excellent"

Close to Suzdal Kremlin. Hotel charges 60p for the map. Stingy! But buy it. The map helps a lot for the visiting route. Breakfast was quite good. Seems like the only decent hotel in town, not counting the hostels or BnB. A lot of tour groups stay here.

"Nice hotel "

Nice hotel for our visit to Suzdal. Good breakfast included. No one spoke English at reception, however that’s what we had expected.
