I was impressed that the rooms were nicer than I expected them to be for the price paid. They were clean, somewhat remodeled and very comfortable. You can tell they are working on the exterior also, so management is putting money into an older Inn. I would stay there again.

We stayed while visiting family in the area. Perfect for a basic place to stay. The bed was comfortable, good temperature cool, with plenty linens and towels. The staff was very friendly. I accidentally left a book and called me immediately upon finding it. The room did smell a little musty, but that's almost expected for summertime in Iowa. Overall, an updated basic good that is a good value for the price.

Our room was very clean and the bathroom seemed updated and very clean as well - the shower had excellent pressure and there was plenty of hot water. The room was certainly nothing fancy, but overall, our experience was excellent and would highly recommend especially considering the reasonable rate!
Average cheap hotel. Door difficult to close, AC was cold but needs repair, bathroom fan rattles, etc, but cheapest in town. Would stay again.
