It was easy , quiet and safe
The lady that helped check us into our one night stay was very pleasant. The room was basic, but clean and neat. For a short stay, it was nice.
Our room had been renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The towels in the bathroom were better than some higher-end hotels. Without hesitation, we would stay at the Budget Inn again.
It was a budget motel. Good for a one night-need-a-room type motel. Couldn’t get the WiFi to work, too many places on the server it kept saying. It worked for what I needed.
I would consider this stay average. When we got to the motel, the man at the counter had to contact someone and have me talk to them via speaker phone. Apparently, our booking was canceled by them because of an issue with the suite that we had booked. She tried calling but indicated that the call would not go through. I repeated the number on the booking and it was the correct number. They booked us a different (standard room) at the normal price of that room instead. I kind of feel like we should have gotten a discount due to the inconvenience. We also had to wait until the desk person showed up to check us in as she was at an appointment and there was no one else there to assist. We were given the room key but needed to wait to complete the check in. Once the desk person came in, she did not have us in the system as having a room and we had to start from scratch. We finally completed the check in. The room itself was fine, just your normal small room which was comfortable enough and clean. The outside was a bit cluttered with what looked like old carpeting, some furniture and some mattresses off to the side. This could of been from our original booked room that had the issue but I do not know. The coffee cups and toilet paper were not replenished when the room was cleaned. We ran out of toilet paper and it took approx. 5 minutes for the person at the front desk to find us a roll. No coffee cups and office still locked at 7:30 am.
The staff was excellent, just as the last time I stayed. Will stay again.

It was great for the price as it was clean and comfortable. They are just in process of laying new carpet and furniture.
Check was fast, the lady was wonderful. Very helpful and made sure I had the best room for me. Room was great, clean, new, and fresh smelling. Cold A/C. Perfect!
