Very welcoming. Room looked new, was very clean and nice size. Bed and pillows were wonderful and bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. Staff was pleasant and pool was refreshing.

Our room had very wet soggy carpet, it made our room very humid and sticky. The pool was very cold.

Great hotel! Very clean. Highly recommend this hotel. We were in town to visit the Iowa State Fair, good location. Good breakfast as well.
