Ballina Manor Hotel

The Ballina Manor Hotel is very central and always welcoming. Can seem a little pricey at busier times, but the rooms are clean and spacious and food is great.

Breakfast was excellent location great .

The only disappointment was having scaffolding out side our window but to be fair I ask for that room because of the view of the church and I did know at time of booking that work was being done and I wouldn't changed my mind even with the scaffolding up it still was a lovely view of the church and moy xxxx

Food was amazing

The room was as requested overlooking the Ridge Pool.

No tea & coffee in the rooms. All anglers need this when they’ve been fishing. Car Park was very dark and needed lighting and some sort of security or cameras. A hotel notice absolving themselves of any responsibility for guest vehicles doesn’t quite cut it at £200 per night. Couldn’t find room 217! An airless building and room. The breakfast was shocking. Hot plates with bland bacon & cold sausages. My opposite number sent his breakfast back. Absolutely no care given. I felt embarrassed for the kiwi girl on reception.

Slightly overpriced but nice experience

Good location, lovely staff, clean and tidy rooms, particularly those with refurbished bathrooms. Well serviced with clean bedding, fresh daily towels, water and coffee. Good choice of breakfast and dinner menu. Generous portions.

We had a noisy street view room near the laundry which made sleep difficult, particularly since we live in a quiet area at home. We prefer a walk in shower rather than shower over bath, same as the previous stay, but I should have asked at the time of booking to be fair. I was offered an alternative room with a walk in shower when I flagged this at reception which was very kind, but this room wasn't refurbished and a little shabby so I declined. Some areas in the hotel still a little dated, and once seating areas, staircases and lounges are updated it will make a big difference to spruce it up.

Zentral in Ballina gelegen , direkt am Fluss. Sehr schön. Gutes Restaurant im Haus. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet.
