Que el aseo de la habitación lo hicieron casi a las 3pm de la tarde estando uno en la habitación y levanté mi queja en recepción y les valió y con feas contestaciones

Lo contratamos por Expedia, dos adultos y dos niños con desayuno incluído y se específico en la página desayuno para todos y cuando se pidió los vales únicamente nos dieron dos de adulto, en una forma muy grosera me dijeron que son sus políticas y que Expedia resolvería. Los meseros mucha falta de atención, la cocina de buffet mucho humo la campana no les funciona. Comida variada.

La atención del personal fue muy buena junto con la vista que teniamos en nuestra habitacion. En relacion con la ubicación está excelente ya que nos quedó cerca de todos los lugares a donde teniamos que asistir.

Al momento de que nos dieran el auto el valet parking, el auto golpeo con la rampa del estacionamiento ya que el venia muy rápido y no se fijo. La habitación tenia olor a humedad.

el desayuno muy bueno todo excelente

en que eran 3 personas y eso me cobraron y solo me pusieron 2 tollas pedi la tercera y nuca la llevaron
