Amazing stay in Bacalar! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Special thanks to concierge Alexander Barranco and the front desk team for their kindness and attention. The restaurant was exceptional — Williams, Gerardo, and Ivan provided excellent service, and the food was truly outstanding. We also had a beautiful private romantic dinner by the dock, which was a very special experience. Our room (#36) had a private jacuzzi and direct access to the lagoon — absolutely perfect. The massages… WOW!!! Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

My family had an amazing time in Bacalar! The staff at Rancho Encantado were so friendly and helpful and helped make our stay such a good experience. Alexander was so helpful in helping us find reliable transportation and arrange other things in our itinerary, such as a sailing activity on the lagoon and going to the spa. He went above and beyond in helping set up a fun day for my son’s birthday while we we were there. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good and the staff at the restaurant were super kind. Overall, the staff was so helpful and kind and we would definitely recommend hotel rancho encantado.
